Diabetes Initiative 

Houston Medical Forum is concerned about the high prevalence of type 2 diabetes in our community. The Forum, in conjunction with the National Medical Association is committed to reducing the incidence of diabetes and limiting its complications. The Forum also actively works with the Southeast Texas affiliate of the American Diabetes Association to increase awareness of diabetes.
